Our HTC Touch Pro 2 Review
The Touch Pro 2 comes with a built in GPS navigation feature which allows the user to find new locations on their handset whether it is a nearby restaurant or a new meeting place for the user, this handset will assist the user & guide them to their desired destination. A built in Internet browser allows the user to access & surf the Internet with minimal effort on the HTC Touch Pro 2 as the touch screen provides a perfect Internet browsing display for the user to enjoy whilst away from their laptop or personal computer. This communication focused handset supports an email service complete with a document attachment feature which allows the user to send, receive & store emails on their Smartphone. The user can communicate with others using the SMS text messaging service to share messages containing text input or even share pictures & video via the MMS multimedia messaging service which allows the user of this handset to attach a picture or video with sound & text all in one message. An instant messaging service is an online text chat which can be shared between compatible contacts that are online at the same time which provides an instant as well as fun way to communicate.

An integrated music player allows the user to enjoy music which has been transfer or downloaded onto the HTC Touch Pro 2 for a music entertainment experience on the move. As well as a built in music player, the user can enjoy music by using the FM radio feature which means the user can tune into their preferred radio station & enjoy some light entertainment & a pleasurable listening experience on the move. The Touch Pro 2 has a front facing VGA camera which is useful when the user is taking part in a video call as the front facing camera can capture the user's expression & surroundings whilst the user is viewing their contact on the touch screen display. The user can enjoy up to two & a half hours of video calling time from a fully charged battery. A built in rear facing lens provides the user with a 3.2 megapixel digital camera feature complete with an easy to reach capture key & useful imaging features. The lens is located on the back of the handset which means the user can hold their Smartphone as they would do a standard digital camera to capture fun shots quickly & easily. This camera supports an automatic focus feature which will ensure a well focus image is captured each time the camera function is used. The 3.2 megapixel camera supports video recording capabilities allowing the user to capture moving footage when a simple still picture will not capture the full extent of the atmosphere & surrounding being captured. The user can play video format back on the Touch Pro 2 in many popular video formats including MPEG4 & WMV to name a few & enjoy storing video footage on their handset for a later viewing experience.

I love this phone.
It is amazing & is much better than my LG Viewty Smart.
I only gave it 95 for the usability, as sometimes the touch is a bit hard to use.

This phone is amazing. The touch screen is really easy to use. It downloads videos from YouTube & other websites in really quick time. Sound quality is amazing & has been mistaken for an iPhone many a time. Definitely buy it.

Sorry this is not a review hence the 50% scores as I cannot compare it - but is this phone out yet.
I didn't think it was launched in the UK until Oct 2009. I have been searching everywhere. What network & where is it available on?
Many thanks.

I bought this phone as an upgrade to the Touch Pro & it's my first full touch screen device. I am hugely impressed. The screen works as well or better than an iPhone but you have to get the SPB Mobile Shell, this really transforms the interface & user experience. The build quality is simply the best of any phone I've ever used. It feels solid & expensive, which is reassuring when you spend so much money buying it!
The resolution is simply stunning & the speakerphone is easily loud enough to use as a hands free car kit. I also use it for sat nav. I use Co pilot 7 & because the speaker is so loud you can hear the turn directions perfectly!
The battery life is surprisingly good, approx two days of pretty heavy usage.

Very disappointed with the change from XDA Stella to Serra, very much a downgrade! The Serra is painfully slow & not nearly as user friendly, furthermore, the touch screen isn't nearly as touch sensitive. Definitely not an improvement, someone at HTC or O2 had this one wrong. Have been a loyal XDA user for years, but will go with iPhone next time, now that Apple have solved cut & paste issue etc.
