Overview
The HTC Sensation is a compact touch screen Smartphone with a beautifully designed casing & an assortment of features & technologies. This Smartphone supports 3G HSDPA technology as well as Wi-Fi® & easy to use connectivity including Bluetooth® & micro USB. There is a built in 8 megapixel digital camera, a front facing camera for video recording, music player, video playback with TV out support, expandable memory option & a wide selection of user friendly messaging services for easy communication. The Sensation is from the highly popular HTC range of phones & other impressive Smartphone's from the HTC range includes the HTC Incredible S & HTC Desire HD. The HTC Sensation has the Android™ operating system version 2.3 & this touch screen handset has a user friendly touch interface for easy access to all the phones features & applications.

Appearance & Size
This Smartphone has a black coloured casing with a sleek designed form which is only 1.13cm in depth. The casing has a tactile feel which feels good to hold in the hand when in use, & this handset weighs one hundred & forty eight grams in total with its fitted battery. On the front of the casing the user can enjoy the large 4.3 inch touch screen for a high quality viewing experience & for using simple touch screen controls to operate the Sensation's features & applications. A touch screen QWERTY keyboard & keypad are displayed on the 4.3 inch touch screen when the user needs to input numeric & alphabetic text. The HTC Sensation has the Android™ operating system version 2.3 with an intuitive & useable HTC Sense™ user interface version 3.0 complete with a customisable home screen & HTC widgets.

Imaging, Media & Entertainment
A built in front facing camera lens allows the user to capture still portrait photos plus this discrete VGA lens provides image capturing whilst the user is on a two way video call, allowing the user to view their contact on their touch screen whilst the camera captures the user's responses. There is a rear facing camera lens which has an eight megapixel lens & supports both video recording & still photo capturing. The HTC Sensation comes with many easy to use imaging settings & options which allows the user to capture a clear photo, or to record video footage how they intended, with perfect results. An integrated image stabiliser ensure that any movements made by the user when capturing a shot does not affect the outcome of the video being recorded & a face detection feature will automatically focus on faces which ensures the users captures a well focused & precise shot. The Sensation comes with fun music features to keeps its user entertained at all times via its integrated radio & music player. The radio comes with a FM tuner & a radio data system display plus the music player supports many music formats & the user can download or transfer music when desired. Videos can be played in popular formats including MPEG4, WMV, XviD, H263 & H264 plus there is a TV out option which allows the user to enjoy a big screen viewing experience on their television display.

Communication & Messaging
The user can access their contacts to make calls or send a variety of messages easily as all the contacts numbers with names are stored in the easily located phone book. A call log also stores a record of calls received, dialled & missed on the Sensation allowing the user to return calls from this call log option. Social networking has become increasing popular & this Smartphone has built in social network integration so therefore the user can access their preferred method of social networking in an instant. Communicating via the messaging services allows the user to stay in touch with others without making a call & the user can share photos, videos, text, sound & even documents using the wide selection of messaging services available on the HTC Sensation. There is an emails service with Gmail™ support, multimedia messaging for sharing photos, videos & sound, instant messaging & SMS text messaging, all available for the user to enjoy fast communication with other compatible users.

Technology & Internet
It comes with an expandable memory card slot which can hold up 32 gigabytes of external memory plus this Smartphone has 1 gigabyte of built in memory with 768 megabytes of RAM & the handset comes with a 8 gigabyte memory card which can be inserted via the external memory card slot. The HTC Sensation supports Bluetooth® wireless technology & has a micro USB port which means the user can connect their Smartphone to other devices using either of these user friendly connectivity options. There is an assisted GPS navigation system which supports Google™ Map & provides the user with a map generated navigation feature providing turn by turn navigation to the user's next destination. This handset works over 3G HSDPA & HSUPA plus GSM networks & the handset will automatically switch between networks depending on the users network requirements. Its battery will provide a good talk time & standby time when fully charged with approximately 6.6 hours of talk time being gained when the handset is used over a GSM network. Wi-Fi® technology provides a connection between the Sensation & a local wireless hub or hotspot, so therefore the user can gain access to the Web on their Smartphone plus the user will find the Sensations offers a user friendly Web experience complete with a Google™ search with compatibility to YouTube™ & popular social network Websites.
