I am unable to use the email on my phone. Have just got it from Orange. I have been told that it is because my email address is fsnet & that I would have to change my email address to hotmail or one of the others. Is this true?

I love this phone, it is brilliant However, it has its faults. Mine will NOT download App World from the BlackBerry website :( It will download other stuff though. I downloaded windows live messenger, Google talk, BlackBerry messenger, Documents to go & Facebook. However, they DID NOT WORK :(.

Does anyone know how I can get these to work, & where I can get game downloads from?

Hi. I have had my blackberry curve 8320 for 15 months. At first I thought it was a really good phone the spec looked nice & the quality was good as well. After a few weeks of having this phone I started to become disappointed. The battery life is rubbish it only lasts 4 hours which I think is awful. My phone started to switch itself off during phone calls & the screen started to freeze also my camera broke also the speaker phone is also rubbish as when talking half the time the person on the other end couldn't understand what I was saying or hear me.

I took it back to the phone shop & they gave me a new one as I am on contract. The new phone was the same. Me & my fiancé have the same phone I have had two of them & he has had three due to faults with the screen or camera.

I wouldn't recommend this phone due to the battery life being poor quality & so the screen being poor quality also.

This must be one of the best all round phones to have. It's a beautifully compact phone with a large clear screen & the ergenomics of the keyboard are brilliant. The QWERTY keyboard makes texting & emailing so fast, & the scroll ball makes usability excellent. It's very reliable, I have had mine 6 months now & it's never crashed or slowed.
It has facebook, MSN, myspace. & the WiFi is very good.

The camera isn't brilliant but if you keep the lens clean you can take photos worthy of loading online with enough quality. & the phone side of it I brilliant, good size for the hand, good speakerphone, & in call options.

The perfect phone.

This is simply the best phone I have ever had & I have a few. Compared to my last phone, the simply dire Nokia 6500 slide, it is a complete dream. It is easy to use, quick to set up & only takes a short time to get use to the features on the phone which means you should be getting the most out of it very quickly.

Has a nice music player on it & a fairly good 2.0 megapixel camera (recent versions have video making capabilities). Great organiser on it, web browsing very straight forward, downloading face book & Google maps are a must, only problem with it is that you will be on it the whole time & your marriage could fail as a result.

I have mine as my personal phone rather than work, would worry if I had it as a work phone because it is so easy to be emailed on it the email traffic would never stop.

10 out of 10.

Its great having had much fun & taken a day setting it up. If you have Orange Fsnet its not compatible with Blackberry so you have to forward your mail to a Blackberry email number which is no problem. Look forward to exploring its many uses over the next few days.

It looks like an amazing phone. I've seen it up close & it seems like the coolest phone, however, there are no websites which let you buy it so it's hard to find packages etc. If anyone has information please let me know. As to the design, it could use a larger range of colours I think.
