My only complaint would be that I wore out the track wheel after about 1 year of use.

Other than that, a great device with full features.

I think this phone is great! Easy to use. BUT, it says MP3 ringtones & I have been on the phone to my provider & to blackberry & this seems to be an aspect that no one seems to know about. If anyone does know how please post & let me know.

I don't know why another reviewer mentioned it didn't have Blue tooth as mine certainly does! Had mine on trial whilst trying to pick between this & another PDA & I enjoyed using this one I kept it! My only gripe is when you make a call it takes a second or 3 to register when you press the red hang up key but when you receive a call you can hang up quicker. Money making scheme?

The 8700G is good, but how do you download the PC suite?

I agree with the comment made earlier. Blackberry is simply not worth the money. The service provider does not even allow its use as modem. Bluetooth is not supported. Disappointing.

It's all hype. For the amount spend on the handset is not worth. I think Sony Ericsson w950i is a better option. You'll spend less, would have more space, more music & all the frequently used features of the blackberry. Overall the mobile is great but as said earlier, not good value for money.
