Great for emails & messaging but I hate using the phone. Poor connection, low quality, bad Bluetooth, would not recommend it to anyone unless having a phone & only using this for messages.

This mobile phone is so pathetic, that I found my one lying around in a bus. I can't take pictures, I can't listen to music, I can't receive stuff from other phones. Useless!

My Blackberry 7130G is reliable, efficient & cost effective. Not much on the aesthetics but very high on performance. It has very strong signals, where some phones cannot be reached due to weak signals, my blackberry can rise up to the challenge.

I love this phone as a business tool. OK it doesn't have a camera or music player. But I don't need this for work. Clear screen, intuitive operation (in the main), it's good to use as a phone & for sending, retrieving e-mails, SMS both in UK & abroad. This phone has replaced both my old blackberry & my mobile. I can even manage without my laptop on short trips which is great.

The worst user interface I've ever seen, can a workplace actually get away with giving me this phone in 2007. No camera, expandable memory or music player. I know I should work hard & the email is good but let's live a little.

Is it just me or is it silly to have a switch on the side when it could be in the middle (like the pearl) & why do I have to press about 10 buttons to open email attachments only to find the resolution is so bad you can hardly see them.

I am astonished that people put up with these & boring screens & type & off course they must love pressing buttons. The worst phone ever with 5% for usability.

Solid performer, loads of standby time, the guys in the office who have the Pearl all say they miss the jog dial on the side.

Software can be a pain to get to grips with, as have had several issues with even upgrading. QWERTY can take a bit to get used to if you haven't owned one before, but it does come with time. No camera, but then this is just a work horse, solid construction, been dropped many times.

If I could get some of the applications working better I would score higher.
