There are only some of the prototypes sold now by the former employees. BenQ Siemens is insolvent since 28th September 2006.

What is going on with Benq Siemens, I waited for the EF81, that never materialised & now I am waiting for the SL91.

They will never sell phones they advertise if they are never available. I have always had a Siemens phone & have been more than happy with them, I need to replace the handset I have, because I have had it for over 4 years & it is getting a little worn now, however I am a little tired of waiting for new products that are never available. If I am unable to buy this product in November, then it's Bye Bye Siemens, as far as I am concerned. I will buy a phone from an alternative manufacturer, who advertises phones that will actually be on the market. I just wish that Benq Siemens were as honest & reliable as their customers have been over the years, WAKE UP, WE ARE TIRED OF WAITING FOR PRODUCTS THAT NEVER BECOME AVAILABLE BENQ SIEMENS.

It's the best phone ever. I am enjoying it a lot & I am too sad that Benq has failed because Benq-Siemens were simply the best. If you buy this phone you will thank me for recommendation, it's one of the best buys around.

Sounds like a brilliant phone, design looks very good, I WANT ONE! But now I've heard that BenQ-Siemens will withdraw them, I've got a question: Why would you want to withdraw such a brilliant phone? Will try to find someone who sells it, hopefully get it for birthday or Christmas! (I can't rate usability because I don't have one!)

I've been waiting for this phone since it was announced in early 2006, carphonewarehouse had it on all their ads but have now removed it! I sooooo wanted one! I have seen 2 of them go through on eBay UK for well over £500 but didn't have the funds at the time! :- ( I need one! BenQ-Siemens why do you tease us like this?

(Usability 5% because I can't get hold of one!)

ITS TOO BAD but the benq siemens will not be coming out as the company have no funds I emailed the to see when it would be coming out but they then emailed me telling me it won't be coming out! The carphonewarehouse was going to sell this phone but they have now removed all adverts off their website. I REALLY WANTED IT I THOUGHT IT WAS AMAZING!

This phone is brilliant & I really want it looks fantastic it has got more or less every thing & my friends who have got similar phones said it is easy to use for example the touch sensitive keys. & if you don't like it more fool you!

This phone looks very nice & it has all the features that I need. Well, if it had WLAN it'd be perfect. I've been using Siemens phones for awhile & I think they are much better than Nokia's & Sony-Ericsson ones. Siemens has a great operation system. I hope the price of SL91 is going to be reasonable.

I think this phone is awesome, its great style an crisp look makes me wanna go bother BenQ-Siemens to give me one for free, it's got that touch sensitive feature only bettered by BenQ-Siemens, A slick smooth sliding phone that'll have guys like me drooling. As for that stand you get with it, it just adds to the effect, a beautiful phone with a stand that will make it stand out, I cant wait for the SL91 to get released, Just hope I don't have to wait to long...

Benq Siemens SL91 will at the top of my Christmas list. It is a superb looking phone & will be on sale in the United Kingdom ready for Christmas, hooray. A 3G phone & 3.2 MP camera, I love it & the light effects, navigation, stand & sleek slide action which looks wafer thin are what sell it. Hurry up Christmas, well Summer is over.

Terrific looking phone but not so sure about having a stand for it. I thought the whole idea of having a mobile was to be mobile & the stand may look sleek but you still have to find somewhere to store it, home, office, hotel room, which one? Like the phone & the features will give Sony Ericsson K800i & LG Chocolate a bit of heavy competition but the stand is pointless.
