The 3G functions are great. However, it was a cheap buy for me but the interface is not terribly intuitive & the contact has become VERY POOR after a few months of use, so half the time the END CALL button refuses to work, which is very frustrating for me.

S81 is nice 3G phone. Well, it's not the real Siemens, but we can't forget the fact that this phone is the cheapest 3G phone available here (in Indonesia). So, IMO it has the best price/performance ratio. Too bad it has no FM radio & IrDA port, since I used those features quite often.

I have only had this phone a few hours & I am already addicted! There is a bunch of people on this site saying it's a terrible phone & that it falls apart in you're hand, they're wrong! This phone has many features & is brilliant, still waiting to get a 3G USIM tomorrow though =]

I have had this phone for three days. Pros: looks good, nice display, takes a 1GB card, costs 100 Euro sim free. Cons: MP3 player automatically stops when you select another function (WAP, camera & some menu items), SMS interface is really, really user-unfriendly (it has no custom dictionary function so when using itap you must multitap names in every time, & some words like 'Poland' are not even in the dictionary! ), menus are really simple so the level of settings customisation is very poor, the phone is really difficult to hold while the headset is plugged in & it makes an irritating noise when switched on an off (can only be stopped by running the phone in a silent profile). In summary, a very average phone that promised a lot but doesn't deliver. Not for people who like to SMS.

Good phone, but still keep my s75 for s91 (hopefully) with 3, 2 mp camera, umts/hsdpa, stereo FM radio, 1.100 mAh battery, 99 gram, e71-glossy material, quadband (since they claim S-series for business purpose).

So far really impress with BenqSiemens line up, pity their German division has to face unpleasant reality. Keep exploring BenqSiemens.

This is the worst phone ever. It fell apart in my hand. I don't understand why everybody else loves it because when I took it back to the shop & they gave me another one it was still as bad as the first phone.
