OK. This phone is mint! The design is mint, it works tremendously & has every gadget you can think of for a phone. The battery life is great! The MP3 player is mint, it plays MP3, WMA & AAC, Etc. The sound is awesome. You have to get it. I was worried whether it would come with Chinese & English keys, but mine wasn't too bad, in fact there's no Chinese keys on it, only a few dashes that I don't understand. If your gonna get it, get it from Chris Tam on eBay. He send mine really quick. Changed the language to English for me & everything. As 10/10 seller! & the price was great as well only £150 including postage & packaging! Get this phone!

Hope this was useful.

I've just got this phone from China from eBay, looks amazing! The price wasn't bad either £150 including delivery! I'll let you now what it's like once I get it! Only downside is that it's going to come with Chinese & English keys, but I am not too bothered about that cos it looks mint!

This is a really great phone. I am from the States & ordered it straight from Japan. The MP3 player is perfect it's like listening to an Ipod. But my suggestion is to buy a microSD card cause there isn't enough memory on the phone only enough for about 3-4 songs. My only problem is that I am having trouble downloading pictures once they are sent to me. But other then that the phone is great & once you buy it you will love it. The sound quality is good when talk on the phone also. The webcam works perfectly as well as the camera & once you get the phone it comes with a program that allows you to make your own ringtones from songs & also allows you to convert movies & videos so you can watch them on it.

I really wanna get this mobile phone but I don't know where I can buy it. It looks great & I think it is the only cell with FM radio transmitter. Does anyone know where can you buy it? Do you know any other mobile phone with a FM radio transmitter? I want a cell with that! Thank you very much.

This phone has got a new feature known as FM transmitter. It can transmit radio signals up to 10 mtrs. That means any person tuning that frequency set by you can hear the transmitted song. It's awesome. In addition to this I would also like to mention that web camera quality is good. Overall it's a nice deal.

Can anyone comment on the call quality of this phone? I don't like my Nokia 6230i, because the microphone picks up tons of background noise when I am outside or in a noisy environment. Since this phone is a flip phone, does that mean it puts the microphone closer to the mouth & picks up less background noise?

This mobile is really cool. I bought it a couple of days ago, & I can really say I fell in love with it. The MP3 player is neat, & you can see it's a real MP3 player from Benq, not a half player, but a full player. When the phone is closed it's really practical to use. I might complain a little about the quality of the head set, given my Sony one which easily outweighs it in all aspects, but nevertheless, the sound quality is very decent. I only prefer my Sony ones because they have more bass, but that's to be expected since I bought them for this purpose & they're the top of the range.

The extra functions such as Web cam, USB charge, SD card, Pictures, double screen (MP3 styled), & the general quality of the design in regards to the screen & keyboard are all very satisfactory.

Plus: this phone won't come out in Europe since Benq pulled out of Siemens. Benq- Siemens is just a trademark now, the phones being actually produced by Benq alone. If you want an Asian phone with a cool design that nobody will have in Europe. There you go!

I am really interesting to get this phone. My intention is to have a nice mobile which has a superb music sound quality. But I have a doubt after testing S88. It's sound is not that much loud enough, & the music quality is 50% less than SIEMENS SX1.

As far as I know, & my expertise does, I believe the SIEMENS phones are the best music mobiles if we compare to other products. A good example is the SL45i which I still love to use. One thing is clear, there are no music players nor mobile music phones launched till moment which have the similar sound quality like SL45i. Even SIEMENS or BENQ do not now how to build the same (SL45i) sound quality to a future mobile device. Its CD quality music - high treble - clear bass effects are the superb music functions in it. There is no argument in this subject. It remains unique!

Nice to see MUSIC orientated phones coming from Siemens, sorry I mean Benq Siemens. I am not sure it will work as it has no radio feature which seems strange for a MUSIC based phone.

EF71 looks like a Nokia phone (not a good point) & it has a very squared shape for a clam shell phone (another bad point). Features are ok but would of preferred to have Edge & a FM radio RDS. Won' t be getting it but really like the BenQ EF51 & the new Sony Ericsson music phones.

Had a good read & looked into this phone but I still haven't made a firm decision about it. I love the whole look & style but the features throw me slightly. I want a music phone with the best sound possible & with some fun features which this phone has but it does lack a FM radio. I want good connectivity which this phone has, I want a good battery & memory which this phone has but it just lacks something & I can't quite put my finger on it. I do like it don't get me wrong & I will more than likely get in when it hits the UK but I just feel it misses something, it may be the wow factor that I am looking for. The site was very helpful & I will return with a more precise review if I get this phone.
