The phone is very beautiful & unique. I bought it two weeks ago. The only problem is that the keypads look weak hope they will last. Could someone advice me because I have already encountered a problem on the phone, right now when I call or receive a call, I can't hear someone unless I activate the loudspeaker or use the ear phones, thanks Grace.

The mobile is very user friendly. It is true there is no video, but who needs a video on a 2 inch screen. Not so healthy for the eyes. You can buy a good TV & watch videos on it. It is much more enjoyable & healthy for your eyes. Sound is magnificent & pictures, wall papers & MP3 are easily added to this mobile, not to speak about the cool design. If you want a toy buy Nokia not Siemens.

Super stylish handset & what a difference the BenQ Siemens mobile phones are compared to the old Siemens designs. I like the EF51 as it's design is so elegant & interesting. The Q Fi & many music features will attract all music lovers like myself & I am still pinching myself that this is a BenQ Siemens phone. I can't wait to tell my boyfriend about this phone.

Music music music all the way with this phone... Good size & weight, battery is fine & the overall look is very good & I would like it in black. It has a great list of features & it's appearance is stunning but I want to read some users reviews before I buy for myself. I am a little surprised that the EF51 has no video features, is this right???

Editors Note: Yes it is correct, the BenQ Siemens Q-fi EF51 does not have any video features. Thank you for your review Carl.
