The Current Top 10 Best Phones of 2011

Well what an absolutely amazing start we have had to 2011! All the major phone players including HTC, Nokia & Sony Ericsson have brought out new Smartphone's & most of them have further handsets that are due to be released in the very near future. Obviously with such a huge selection of mobile devices to choose it can be quite hard to work out which one is best! So to help you along we have pulled together our very own top 10 list of the current best phones that are available to buy in the UK. But please note that our top 10 list will change as the year progresses so do remember to check back regularly, as we are sure some of the forthcoming releases will make our top 10 in the next few months or so. Overview: This recently released compact Smartphone measure just over 11cm by 6cm by 1.2 cm & has an incredibly pocket friendly design. The Galaxy Mini S5570 has a touch screen form casing complete with the Android™ operating system & the user friendly TouchWiz interface. There is a 3.2 megapixel camera, music player, video support, navigation feature with Google™ maps & easy to use messaging features. A rather impressive specification list & its compact & stylish Samsung design make the Galaxy Mini S5570 & good choice for mobile communication.

Our Verdict: In our opinion the Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 will become a popular handset due to its neatly formed casing, reliable Samsung design & its varied selection of integrated features, that is why this phone gained its number seven position.

Our Verdict: The HTC Desire Z in a neatly proportioned Smartphone measuring 11.9 by 6.04 by 1.42cm plus it has a built in slide out keyboard. It deserves its number six position due to its highly usable designed casing & its varied selection of features & the touch screen interface is extremely intuitive.

Overview: Its slim & beautifully designed casing complete with its varied & wide selection of features & capabilities makes the C7 & desirable handset for all Smartphone users. Our Verdict: This Smartphone definitely had to be in our top 10 best phones as it is a great Nokia handset with a striking styled casing & massive selection of features. It has fifth place mainly due to its overall looks, design & huge selection of entertainment & communication features.

This Smartphone has a compact shaped casing when closed & it supports Wi-Fi® connectivity, 3G HSDPA technology & Web browsing with a Google™ search with social network capabilities. It is an Android™ Smartphone with an intuitive touch interface & a small but perfectly formed 2.55 inch touch screen. The XPERIA X10 Mini Pro has an integrated 5 megapixel camera lens, music player & quick to use messaging service including a conversations style layout.

Our Verdict: There had to be an XPERIA range handset in this best phones countdown as this range is highly popular, reliable & beautifully designed. The X10 Mini Pro was chosen due to its quick messaging style form & its overall size, with its touch screen input method, full slide out QWERTY keyboard & its pocket friendly sized casing, it a truly great Smartphone.
